VTF Digital and Creative Academy
Course Overview
This is a two-week practical course that offers you training specifically tailored to the Digital and Creative sector with recognised certificates. You will also receive employability skills support and have the option of attending a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.
This training will focus on preparing you to apply for roles such as a Service Desk Technician/Operator/Desktop Support, Data Entry Clerk and Digital Content Assistant.

- Introduction to Digital Skills Award
- Introduction to Coding
- Introduction to Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Elements of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Administrative and IT skills
- Green Skills and Net Zero Awareness

- CV building and interview skills support
- A guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer
- Signposting to further support from suitable employability service providers
