The Employer Relationship team at Capital City Partnership coordinate the Joined Up for Business strategy and can link you quickly to the partner, project or organisation you need. 

We advise and support on recruitment, training, funding incentives, and provide guidance on community benefits to contractors.

We also manage and deliver several employer-focused projects supporting recruitment & training in the city, such as JobFit our training framework, and our Recruitment & Skills Hubs.
