There are a number of schemes, incentives and grants that can help support towards business growth, recruitment, training, and continuing professional development for your current workforce.
Employers from all sectors are eligible for EERI and there is no restriction on the size of employer. You could receive up to £8,000 towards the cost of employing someone within a newly created job or apprenticeship.
Data Skills Credits (DSC) are funding of between £500 and £5,000 towards the cost of data related training for organisations with a workforce in South East Scotland. You can apply for up to £500 per employee, for a maximum of 10 employees.
An opportunity for organisations to secure funding up to £7,500 to help introduce a new business element or streamline internal processes such as workforce development.
A grant of up to £2,000 is available to provide the funding you need to design and develop new products and services to meet the needs of new or existing international markets.
The Export Grant is administered through Business Gateway and funded through The UK Shared Prosperity Fund and City of Edinburgh Council.

Prince's Trust - Youth Business Scotland provides advice and support to young people aged 18-30 on how to to start or grow a business.
They provide grants of up to £1,000 and loans of up to £30,000.
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) offers grants and funding for a range of day to day training, including short courses, qualifications and apprenticeships for construction organisations.
Interface is a free and impartial service which facilitates links between academia and business and helping organisations identify a range of funding options to offset the cost of their project
