VTF Retail Academy
Course Overview
This is a two-week practical course that offers you training specifically tailored to the Retail sector with recognised certificates. You will also receive employability skills support and have the option of attending a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.
This training will focus on preparing you to apply for Retail Assistant roles.

- Skills for Customer Care
- World Host Award
- Green Skills and Net Zero Awareness
You will also receive:
- An insight into the sector from industry professionals
- CV building and interview skills support
- A guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer
- Signposting to further support from suitable employability service providers
