VTF Transferable Skills Academy

This is a three-week course practical course that helps you gain transferable skills and sector-recognised certificates. You will also receive employability skills support and have the option of attending a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.

This training will focus on preparing you to apply for roles across a variety of sectors including Hospitality, Early Learning and Childcare, Retail and Health and Social Care.

This course is likely to benefit individuals who are keen to work, but who have no/limited work experience or have longer employment gaps and need support with deciding on their ideal career.

• Elements of Child and Adult Protection

• An insight into the sector from industry professionals
• CV building and interview skills support
• A guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer
• Signposting to further support from suitable employability service providers

Please note that the course modules may be subject to change based on employer needs and role requirements.
